Coba8 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the coba8 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or policies posted from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

These terms form a valid and binding agreement between you ("User") and coba8 ("Platform"). Continued use after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to register and use coba8 services. The platform may request age verification at any time and reserve the right to suspend accounts that do not meet this requirement.

2. Account Creation and Security

Each user is allowed only one (1) active account on coba8. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts without prior notice. You are fully responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity performed through your account is deemed to be by you unless unauthorized access has been promptly reported to our support team. The platform is not liable for any loss due to unauthorized third-party use of your account.

You agree to notify coba8 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches. The platform offers two-factor authentication for extra protection, which you are encouraged to enable.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

As a coba8 user, you agree not to engage in any illegal activities, disrupt platform operations, or harm other users. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Using automated software, bots, or other methods to manipulate games or platform systems.
• Collaborating with other users to gain unfair advantage in games or betting.
• Distributing content containing viruses, malware, or other harmful codes.
• Using accounts for money laundering or any unlawful financial activities.
• Abusing bonus or promotional programs through multiple registrations or other fraudulent methods.
• Harassing or threatening other users or platform staff through any communication channel.

Violation of any of the above rules may lead to immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, and the platform reserves the right to withhold account balances if fraud or term breaches are found.

4. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on coba8 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports various local payment methods including FPX bank transfers, TNG e-wallet, and direct transfers from major Malaysian banks.

Deposits are processed instantly or within the specified period according to the selected payment method. Withdrawals usually take one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of any identity verification required. The platform reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals.

Users are responsible for ensuring the bank or e-wallet details provided are accurate. coba8 is not responsible for withdrawal delays or failures caused by incorrect information supplied by users. Any fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the user.

The platform may set minimum and maximum deposit limits, daily or weekly withdrawal limits, and processing times that vary by account level and payment method.

5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links

The coba8 platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or that the platform will meet your specific needs. Under no circumstances shall the platform’s total liability to any user exceed the amount deposited by the user within the thirty (30) days prior to the claim.

All content, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the coba8 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform or relevant licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only and do not imply endorsement or approval of the linked content. coba8 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. Users access such links at their own risk.

6. Account Policy, Term Changes, and Applicable Law

Coba8 reserves the right to suspend, block, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, especially if there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, or illegal activity. In cases of non-user fault account closures, remaining balances will be refunded after proper verification procedures.

Coba8 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notices. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes related to the use of coba8 will first be resolved by negotiation between parties. If negotiation fails, disputes will be referred to the appropriate Malaysian courts.
